Refund policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not issue refunds, we offer

store credit for eligible returns. Please read our return guidelines below carefully.

Return Window

- Returns must be initiated and received within 15 days of the original delivery date.

- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

No Refunds - Store Credit Only

- Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.

- Approved returns will receive store credit via a digital gift card.

- Store credit must be used within 30 days of issuance.

Return Approval Process

- All returns are subject to inspection and approval.

- Items returned in unacceptable condition or past the return window will not be accepted. 

Non-Returnable Items

- Final sale, clearance, custom, or personalized products are not eligible for return.

- For hygiene reasons, certain items such as swimwear or undergarments may not be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at shopkairadufemme@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order.

2. Include your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return. Please include pictures. 

3. If eligible, we will send return instructions and a return address.

4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
